Stratodesk – growing presence in England – new team member
Stratodesk is excited to announce a new addition to its team in England. In alignment with its commitment to its growing presence in the UK, Stratodesk has added Paul Craddock as Global Solution Architect. In this role, Paul will be providing technical support to Stratodesk customers by diagnosing, reproducing and fixing errors and issues within NoTouch Desktop. Paul will also specialize in working with new partners and customers by providing them with technical demonstrations, assisting them with setting up proof of concept environments, ensuring these run smoothly, and lastly, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Paul Craddock In His Previous Role
Paul’s previous role was very similar to the one he has now at Stratodesk. He worked as a pre/post sales technical support engineer. His employer was a distributor supporting the Citrix Ready workspace hub from NComputing. This familiarity with Stratodesk technology prepared Paul for his new role with Stratodesk. Stratodesk is, after all, the solution that powers and manages the workspace hub.
Though his work with the solution makes for an easy transition, this is Paul’s first time working for a software company.
An Exciting Time to Join Stratodesk

More About Paul Craddock
Paul is an avid lover of technology, especially Apple products. Outside of his love for tech, he is a snowboarder and a trail and ultra marathon runner (his longest run was sixty-nine miles and he hopes to finish a one hundred mile event!).
Paul believes in living outside of his comfort zone. As proof of this, in 2018 he completed an Ironman with zero prior triathlon experience. It took him 7 long months of training 6 days a week, but he successfully completed the event and has the tattoo on his leg as proof!
Paul Craddock will surely bring this same high level of commitment and energy to his work at Stratodesk. Welcome aboard, Paul!
