Today we are highlighting Edwin Cruz, the new Inside Sales Representative at Stratodesk
Edwin will be playing a vital role on Stratodesk’s sales team. As an Inside Sales pro, he will be handling most of the sales transactions including quotes, POs, invoices and beyond. Edwin is excited to help bolster the sales teams efforts in his role, expecting to see it become a “well oiled machine”.
Before Working at Stratodesk, Nick Was an Account Executive
Before joining Stratodesk, Edwin was an Account Executive for NComputing, one of the leading Thin Client providers. Edwin feels that his experience at NComputing has well prepared him for his new role at Stratodesk. There is indeed a unique cross-over between the two organizations, as NComputing is a long-term partner of Stratodesk. The two companies have worked together on high-profile projects in the past, including the Citrix Ready workspace hub.
The similarity between products and the synergy between helpful solutions that are available in the Citrix Ready workspace hubs solution and Stratodesk software are not the only ways that Edwin feels his experience at NComputing have helped position him for a great role at Stratodesk. He also learned how to efficiently multitask, how to reach out to the right person at any given organization, get the information needed and even handle integral back-office tasks that are the back-bone of any successful sales organization.
Whats more, Edwin even has experience interfacing directly with customers, answering some of their technical questions in order to make sure they are getting the best solution to fit their specific needs.

Apart from what Edwin does for a living, he is also pursuing higher education in order to become a software engineer. He loves playing guitar in his free time, and has been playing it for 12 years. In addition to that, he enjoys spending time with friends, and boxing. Boxing is, in fact, his favorite sport and the only one that he regularly follows.
