Stratodesk and Liquidware Announce Joint Solution at VMworld 2019

Workspace Management Solution

Stratodesk and Liquidware announced today that they will be showcasing their NoTouch Desktop & Stratusphere UX joint solution at VMworld 2019 in San Francisco. The integration brings advanced endpoint management and visibility to VMware deployments. VMworld attendees can see the joint solution in action at booths 1763 and 563 during the show.

Stratodesk, the leading endpoint OS and management solution provider, and Liquidware, the leader in adaptive workspace management (AWM), today announced that they will be showcasing their NoTouch Desktop & Stratusphere UX joint solution at VMworld 2019 in San Francisco. They will also be sponsoring the Inside Track: a premier event where the EUC community meets and discusses new and evolving trends impacting the future of next-generation workspaces. Attendees who visit Stratodesk and Liquidware booths at VMworld will get a first-hand look at how the joint solution enables greater visibility of NoTouch OS including: endpoint utilization, resource consumption, and the visibility to better support endpoint management and meeting user experience goals.

Benefits of the Liquidware/Stratodesk solution for VMware customers

“In order for staff to work effectively with the end points on which modern business depends, it is essential administrators have the tools to do the job. This means that the device they use, the operating system it employs and the workspace environment from where their applications and services run, must act in harmony. Managing the end point environment effectively and efficiently remains a challenge, one that requires visibility of the complete workspace environment, from the cloud or datacenter to the device being used at the edge,” commented Tony Lock, Distinguished Analyst and Director of Engagement, Freeform Dynamics.

Stratodesk and Liquidware’s joint solution offers VMware customers critical advantages in managing, monitoring and diagnosing their next generation workspace environments, including:

  • Details on utilization of key end-point resources, such as CPU, RAM and connectivity metrics
  • Metrics and information associated with network performance, including latency, and details such as network I/O, and failed connections
  • Visibility to NoTouch Desktop-running applications, including VMware and other client application performance
  • Avoid misdirected finger pointing—to eliminate the client as a weak link in the delivery of the workspace

“Thanks to our joint solution with Stratusphere UX from Liquidware, Stratodesk delivers advanced management and endpoint monitoring and diagnostics to your NoTouch ecosystem,” said Stratodesk Sales Director, Hernan Contreras. “This is just another example of how Stratodesk works with a wide range of industry leading technology partners to deliver the most cohesive endpoint OS and management solution on the market.”

“We’re passionate about meeting end user performance goals and the delivery of user experience in all desktop and workspace environments,” says Jason E. Smith VP Product Marketing at Liquidware. “Integration at the edge is an important link in the chain to overall visibility, and we could not be more excited about the partnership and the efforts Liquidware and Stratodesk have undertaken to this goal.”
