We’re always excited to announce new additions to our growing team. Today we’re highlighting our newest Technical Support Engineer, Taige Crosby. In this role, Taige will be responding to critical customer questions regarding NoTouch software, as well as assisting them with troubleshooting. In the process of providing top-notch customer care, he hopes to become a font of knowledge – a real Stratodesk expert that our customers rely on for guidance.

We asked Taige what made Stratodesk such an appealing choice for him. This was his response: “Stratodesk does a very good job of beating out the competition by making endpoint management simple. Unlike many others, NoTouch has a nice user interface with everything you need right in front of you. You don’t have to go digging through several pages, tabs, etc. to configure large amounts of devices at the same time.”
Outside of work, Taige loves technology and is a huge fan of video games. Going on hikes, adventures outdoors, and traveling are things he enjoys doing whenever he gets the chance.
