Only a month after the last OS image release there is now a new NoTouch release available: NoTouch OS 2.39.371 includes an updated Citrix Receiver that is supposed to both improve overall performance and fix issues that customers experienced. Aside from the Citrix update, NoTouch includes now latest Firefox 38.0.1 and comes with again updated FreeRDP 1.1 and 1.2 builds. An important feature for larger installations is that NoTouch will from now on get more detailed screen information – geometry, multi-monitor etc. from the hardware and send this information over to NoTouch Center.
NoTouch Center, now at 4.1.357, got other updates since the last release, not only the ability to store and display the extended monitor data, it also shows more information about system status, provides more detailed logging for updates, and has a much nicer “Log” view – much welcomed by system administrators that make use of the extensive logging/auditing of NoTouch Center.
