Velma Lakes Revealed to the World
Coming in at the 11th hour of 2019, Velma Lakes was released close enough to 2020 to still make the list. Comprised of a total overhaul big enough to mark its own moment in time, Velma Lakes was the release many IT leaders were waiting for. The crescendo and cumulation of the previous two years of innovation from Stratodesk has to be seen to be believed. Stratodesk NoTouch GO Debuts at Citrix Summit
Perhaps fated to be the last, in person trade show we would sponsor for a while, Stratodesk NoTouch GO made its official debut at Citrix Summit in January this year. For the first time ever, Stratodesk customers have a prepackaged, ready-to-go mobile endpoint solution. As it so happens, NoTouch GO came at the perfect time – enterprises have been using it in droves to transition their in office staff to remote work during the pandemic.
Stratodesk as Independent Software Vendor
As an industry leader, many hardware providers choose Stratodesk to power their devices. Atrust joined the Stratodesk family of hardware partners this year, and a newly formed partnership with NComputing also brought the official Stratodesk branded image to several NComputing devices. Additionally, Stratodesk is available on Raspberry Pi based Thin Clients from ViewSonic.

New Features Always on the Razor’s Edge
Stratodesk is constantly working to innovate our software offering, which means delivering consistent, impactful new features to your EUC deployment. This year, the number of new features is quite expansive, and includes greatest hits such as the Cascade Update, Cloud Xtension, and beyond. Perhaps one of our most anticipated releases of the year was none other than the Windows Virtual Desktop Linux Client addition to Stratodesk NoTouch OS.
